RETURN & CANCELLATION

All sales are considered final, with the exception being if you have received a defective product. If this is the case, please note that your items have gone through two quality checks to ensure a smooth process for you! Items damaged after delivery will not be eligible for returns. Items not approved for returns will not be accepted.

Valid Returns will be accepted for store credit only. Please inspect your items within 7 days of receiving them in order to qualify for a return. Product may not already be in your customers possession. Restocking fee of 15% may occur.

Order cancellations are not accepted on pre-orders. Please do not order unless you are sure you need the product. Pre-orders are made to order for you.

Order cancellations for ready to ship items may be accepted on manager's discretion. Eligible cancellations must be within 48 hours of initial order and the order cannot already be processed (meaning it has been pulled from the shelves to get ready for shipment). Not all cancellations with these terms will be accepted.

All orders ship from North Carolina and we offer real-time shipping calculations from both USPS and UPS for you to choose from at checkout!

Our general TAT for RTS items is 3-5 business days. Of course, this may fluctuate depending on the demands of our business. For pre-orders, please make note of the listed ETA in the descriptions of each individual item.

We do not ship orders until all items are ready. That means if you order RTS and pre-order items together, your order will not ship until the last of the pre-orders have finished production. We highly recommend placing these orders separately so we can get your RTS items out to you as quickly as possible!

 

ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION

We get it, shipping can get a little scary and messy at times. Once the order has been marked as shipped, it has officially left our hands. It is now in the hands of the postal carrier and beyond our control. We do not have any affiliation with any postal services. To protect you shipments, we proudly off ROUTE PROTECTION that you can add on to all of your orders. Should something happen, you're protected and the insurance will take care of everything for you!
